Greenwald Realty Student Rentals owns and manages multiple properties throughout the city of Keene. You can be as close to the KSC campus as you would like, OR you can find a neighborhood that lends itself to a quieter section of the city, just north of Central Square.

Our properties are maintained by us. You will find that we have some very lovely older homes that have been renovated to accomodate the needs of today’s college students. Additionally, we have a warehouse that was renovated in 1990. It is called Emerald Court and houses 34 apartments and offices and is located in close proximity to KSC college and, of course, downtown Keene.

Our properties are also a 10 minute walk to Antioch Graduate School, located on Avon Street in Keene. The city keeps the Rail trail bike path and public walkway cleared all winter to allow for a quick and safe walk or bike ride to the school.

Many of our buildings include laundromats, courtyards, parking lots, as well as access to cable/internet. Depending on which off-campus building you choose, the lease will specifically list what amenities are included in the 12 month Lease. Most do include heat, hot water, parking, trash removal and snow removal.
